Diary of an Indigo

Hey Indigos,
I'm sure a lot of you have heard that negative thoughts that are held in can effect your health.  Now I can't tell you that I know this to be a proven fact but I can tell you what my experience has been.  When I was about 23 years old my mom passed away. I come from a very close family and when she passed I didn't really take it very well.  But I also didn't tell anyone that I was having trouble dealing with it.  It wasn't too long after that, maybe 2-3 months when I started to have terrible pains in my stomach but again I never told any one.  Well eventually I was diagnosed with a rare cancer in my stomach area that the doctors had no idea how to deal with.  Well I honestly feel that those negative feelings I was holding in were toxic to my body. I wouldn't be the first person this would happen to and wasn't the last.  All I'm saying is, please consider whether this could be fact or not because it could be effecting your life in ways that you couldn't imagine. I decided to deal with mine by writing what I call Unspoken Word.  I call it this because I'm not a poet and I don't do spoken word, but I do have feelings and thoughts that I need to get out but I might not know how to do it traditionally.  So what I do is write what I feel in a creative way.. These writings are my inner most thoughts, feelings, and fears that I wouldn't dare speak about in public and have found that my Unspoken Word is not only a fun way but effective for me. I have submitted one that I did about my fears on whether I am fulfilling my destiny and building a legacy or name that will make my family proud.  Here is a sample of it:

                                  MY NAME

Will everyone I meet remember my name just to forget it when I die?
Will their fond memories of me leak from their minds like their tears from their eyes at my funeral as I lie?

They say time heals all wounds, but does it erase our memories too.
When people mention my name, will others say, Who?

Did i make my mark in this world, and if I did how So?
Like, If i was compared to a body part, am I a Lung or a Big Toe.

What I'm asking is, did I live life, or was I just alive.
Was I in the passenger seat, or did I drive

I guess with all these questions, I must have more to do.
More time for people to remember my name ....Huh who knew.

Stay Indigo!!!

JUDAH
