Diary Of an Indigo

Hey Indigo's,
One thing I've struggled with for most of my life is the concept of "Good and Bad".  As a child we are taught what is good and what is bad but as we get older those lines some how start to blur in a strange way. We concentrate on not making mistakes so much that we forget that mistakes are a large part of a learning process.  For example we are told as a child not to touch the stove because it is hot, but of course most of us touch it anyway. Was it wrong not to listen to our parents, I guess so, but did we learn something when we were burned?....Yes. Not listening to that command taught us a very important lesson, "The stove is hot". That was a lesson that we most likely will remember for the rest of our lives, and I can't really find the negative in that, unless of course the burn was life threatening or something.  Now, as I go through life I realize that people will do things that I just don't like. And I don't have to like it, but because I know that it is a part of the other persons learning process it takes the sting out of what ever was done. In other words when someone pisses me off I just try to remember that they are going through their process and I don't have to let it ruin my day. It might not even be about me so it's best to just back up get away and let them "Go through their process". This way we don't have to be burned by the hot stove that they touched.

Team Indigo

Hey Indigo's,
We have been talking about the universe and how we exist or create it in our lives but I want to make sure we keep in mind that our subconscious plays a huge role in it. It is almost everything.  Our subconscious is always in action, and it actually controls us. How many times have you wanted something but when it didn't happen you realize that part of you was fearful for some reason of success. Well, it was that fear in your subconscious that blocked the success. You were saying that you wanted it but something in you for some reason allowed the fear to be stronger than the desire.  That is not unusual though. Most people struggle with that. But the ones who get over it are the ones who not only convince themselves that they are what they want but they convince the Universe and that is when things start to come together and materialize. We as Indigo's not only have the responsibility of doing this to accomplish our purpose in life, but we are to be an example to others who haven't been strong enough on their own to do the same. We are true beacons of light. I personally believe that it is important that we come together and support each other because so much of the world is against us. Maybe not with the intention of destroying us but their actions could do that if we are not careful. Remember, most people are raised to learn what we can't do. But as we awakened, we learned what we can do. So lets do it.

Mid Week Mix

Hey Indigo's,
This song seems like one of our theme songs, because it's like we as Indigo's go through our lives looking for enlightened people like ourselves. But look no more now we found each other.

Hey Indigo's,

This song can be taken so many ways, literal or metaphysical. Most Indigo's take it as getting back to innocence and staying there. When we were young we knew anything was possible until the world convinced us different. We say youth is wasted on the young but if your not careful wisdom can be wasted on adults. Enjoy the song everyone and see you next time.

Diary Of an Indigo

Hello Indigos,
Something that has been on my mind lately is the whole ordeal of kind of being punished or even the threat of being punished for being different.  Something that was meant to be a gift has been labeled as being bad and now most people don't any part of it as a result. It's almost as if people would rather be anything but different.  If you don't believe me, the next opportunity you get tell the people closest to you that you are changing your religion to anything but what you are.  And watch them scatter. You would think you just admitted to going crazy.  Coming from someone who has studied many religions I can tell you that the look you get from people when they see you reading a book on a religion that they have not accepted as being truth is priceless.  As if they have already checked with the council and you are wasting your time, because the "Truth " can only be found in one book, on certain pages. LOL  I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as bad/evil  information. I think information is light and light can be received in many different ways.  I will never accept someone telling me that there is one name or group that encompasses  and describes my thought process in one word. Maybe I don't believe it's necessarily possible  to take God and put him in a box so we can to easily present him to the world as being 1 and only 1 way, that everyone will agree on.  REALLY?  We are trying to break down the most Awesome entity in the universe? Why? Is Love not enough? If our intentions were consumed with love, shouldn't that be good enough? Or, are there other intentions being factored in here? So the next time you find yourself outside the box with others pointing fingers, think of the intentions in what you are doing and if it's aligned with love, tell them they may want to join you outside the box sometime, and move on. Then ask what their intentions were in pointing you out. I guess what I'm saying is "Don't allow others to force you to put a label on yourself. "You just are", and that is good enough for anyone.

Diary of an Indigo

Hey Indigos,
As some of you already know and others of you are learning Monday's are dedicated to Diary of an Indigo which are the days that personal experiences are brought to light and I try to explain what I learned or got from them.  This Monday however for some reason I had tons of things to write about but none of them seemed to sit right with me because they felt out of place or untimely.  Then out of the blue, (Blue/Indigo get it?) I was made aware of two people on Facebook who seemed to be hitting a rough spot. Not only that, but both people happened to be very positive entities.  The ones who most people tend to rely on for reenforcement through out the week.  Instantly I felt bad because all this time I forgot that they are people too.  I mean, I knew they were people but they live with the same troubles the rest of us do, the difference is that they have exercised their ability to change the energy around them so they aren't effected as much as most people.  One of these people is a member of Indigo Nation, something that I hold near and dear to my heart because it does good for so many.  Indigo Nation is a place of refuge.  Somewhere a person can go to have their spirit filled with light and put their troubles on the table for others to help sort out.  So I have to bring to light something I have noticed over the past months as my awakening process has become more intense.  Just because we as Indigos have decided to live on a higher vibration, does not exclude us from the troubles of others that have decided to remain on the lower vibrations.  Although I wish it were the case, that just doesn't happen. In fact I tend to believe that since energy can't be destroyed that some of the negative energy that overflows in the universe will come our way at times because we are the ones who can handle it.  And the stronger you are the more negative energy you will be responsible for converting into something that the rest of the world can't handle.  Now that might not make a person feel better during the time of trouble but I believe it to be true and have to remember to thank all of those powerful Indigos for the great job you do at.......well we will call it energy conversion. As you go through what it is that is challenging you remember that you have been chosen to take this on by the universe because you know what to do with it.  So get it done and then use that experience to help others who would have been destroyed by what you handled. Please lets all meditate/pray that we all stay strong for each other and the world, after all we are the protectors in a way and we have to stay strong for each other as we are the spiritual warriors who fight the fight.  Thank you all.

Stay Indigo!!!!!

Todays Light

The secret is here in the present. If you pay attention to the present, you can improve upon it. And, if you improve on the present, what comes later will also be better. Forget about the future, and live each day according to the teachings, confident that God loves his children. Each day, in itself, brings with it an eternity.

Quidditch VS Life

Hey Indigos,
I’m not sure how many of you have seen the movie Harry Potter, but in that movie they play a game called Quidditch.  I’ve posted a clip of the game in case you have never seen it.  But it has come to me that Quidditch is a game that directly mirrors life whether we know it or not.  Let me explain, in this game as in life there are different teams and these teams in life will represent different people.  The different teams are trying to accomplish a specific goal, just like in life.  As this is happening, there is a ball of energy that tries to stop both sides from completing their respective goals.  Now there might not be a ball of energy flying around your head knocking you to the ground throughout the day, but everything in our lives deals with energy, and it either works with you or against you.  The cool part of it is that, in our lives we have control of the energy around us. If it’s negative we can change it to positive, but at the same time if it’s negative and we don’t change it, it will remain negative and work against us. In the game of Quidditch  the ball of energy is always against both teams so they have to use the ball of energy’s evil intensions against the other team. Which is really cool for a game but life really is much more simple (thankfully), all we have to do is become positive light beings like we are pre-disposed to be and the rest will take care of itself. Isn’t it funny that you can learn from every single experience that the universe has to offer? All of you have a great day, because anything else is pointless.
Stay Indigo!!!!!

Diary of an Indigo

Do You
Hey Indigo Family,
It’s funny how you can hear something said for so many years and one day it will just click.  For so lond I have heard how important it is to always be yourself, Like Russell Simmons says “Do You”, and until now I thought that I had a firm grasp on what that meant but I see now that there was so much more to it. It’s a simple idea with a complex and diverse application.  For example, we are in the day and age of reality Tv, like it or not. I think it’s here to stay.  Don’t get me wrong I think it’s pretty cool but, I never thought it would take over the way it did.  Even though reality TV isn’t total reality, we do have many stars being born from this concept.  We get to see the inner workings of some peoples’ lives and it has worked wonders for some.  People are now more than ever are getting rich and living out their dreams just by doing what they really want to do.  Some of it is impressive and some of it not, but either way these people are doing what they really want to do and are living an extravagant life as a result.  Take for instance Kim Kardashian, I hear so many people complain about her saying that she has no real talents and they don’t know why she is famous and so hot right now.  At the end of the day she is famous for being her.  She is living her life without the shackles of fear and she doesn’t let others put her in a box.  We all have the potential to do this so we can’t get angry if someone else does it, and works it.  You no longer have to be able to sing like Michael Jackson or pitch a 100 MPH fastball to be in the spotlight, that’s a blessing.  Now we can just do what our heart desires and we have a chance to live the same fabulous life.  Unfortunately, for some people doing what they really want to do, is difficult enough. No matter what problems we have this is still a great world that rewards us for doing something as simple as “Doing us.” You have already been given what you need for success, so use it.  No one can be a better you, that you.  And remember, words like Freak, Weirdo, and outcast are just code words for what the person really wants to say, which is “I wish I had the courage to be myself 100%.”

Mar 28 Diary

Diary of an Indigo
Hey Family,
I can remember a time in my life that I called a lowest point. It was when I was just diagnosed with a cancer that I was told would terminal, my job was forcing me out, my marriage was falling apart, and I had all but lost the urge to live.  I was successfully pushing everyone in my life away and at that time it felt like that was the only success I was having.  It’s not that I was angry at the people in my life because I wasn’t but I didn’t want to hear a bunch of people tell me that it was going to be ok and they had no idea what I was going through. I  Guess I let the frustration of my situation get the best of me.  What I didn’t realize was, yes I was going through a lot, but I was in fact going through it, not staying it.  See, we get frustrated during trying times not necessarily because we are in a tough spot but because sometimes we get to the point where we can’t see ourselves getting out of it. And that is where the frustration comes in. Well as I was going through my “learning experience”, pushing people away, I was blessed enough to have someone come into my life who cared enough not to let me push her away.  I actually fought it, and tried to push her away, but lucky for me, as hard as I pushed, she pushed back.  Until one day I looked up and she was really the only one left. And before I knew it, I wanted to live again there is a difference between being alive and living life.  Before this I wasn’t at the point where I wanted to die, but I certainly didn’t want to live anymore. But now, I was happy the universe  had blessed me with not only what I needed, but what I wanted and it was the biggest blessing I had received my life until that point. I mean, before the troubled times I had a great life, don’t get me wrong, but it seemed I was being given a new lease on life.  The very person I was trying to push out of my life was sent to me to improve it.  It was then, that I realized that no matter how difficult things get, always keep your eyes open for the blessing being sent to you.  Because it’s when we’re down that our vision can get cloudiest, but that is when we need to see the most. So it’s sometimes the blessing that we overlook that can become our greatest nightmares. Keep your eyes open.

Saturday is now our "Health Review" Day

Hey Indigo Family,
We have been so blessed to have a great person and spiritual advisor/Natural Health care professional join our team here at Indigo Nation. He is someone who has dedicated himself to mental/spiritual/ and physical well being.  His name is Alim Hagan.  And he has personally been a blessing in my life with his firm spiritual grounding and vast knowledge in the areas I previously mentioned. Now, I am excited to announce that he has decided to share his knowledge with the rest of the Indigo Nation as we all grow and better ourselves day after day.  There is a quote he I here Alim say daily and it goes "Everyday in every way I get better and better."  Thats what life is all about, and we all have made the commitment to do just that.  Just by you stopping by to check out this blog you have done that. You have done two things, 1. Decided to take in new information to broaden your experiences in life, and 2. you have decided to surround yourself with people on a certain frequency to stay tuned into a positive lifestyle. So please enjoy the post of Mr. Alim Hagan hosting a free weekly conference call on different health topics.  For now the conference calls are on Wednesdays at 6pm (PST) I will post the call in number on Monday, and There will also be an Indigo Nation Youtube channel that will have the weekly posts for those of you outside the US who could not get on the call. Remember, Indigo Nation is not a physical nation it's one without boarders, or anything else that would separate us in any way, we are a light being nation.  It's all love. So please enjoy this conference call and spread the word to others who could use the information.

Raise your Vibration

Raise Your Frequency
Hello Everyone,
My life coach told me this week that we cannot overcome or elevate from a mind set or situation that is not healthy for us, if we stay on the same vibration day after day. Meaning, if you want to get to a different location get on a different bus.  Just like all other things that are comprised of energy, we carry a certain frequency with us all the time.  This frequency is what draws certain things into our lives.  That’s right, so for all those people you think have “Bad Luck”, and it’s really their subconscious that is creating that frequency of so called “Bad Luck”.  The same goes for “Good Luck” or “:Lucky” people, I would say throw away the rabbits foot but if that is what it takes for a person to change their subconscious thinking then live it up.  I just hate the thought of a rabbit on crutches, just to get a person to start thinking on a more positive level.  LOL.  Just kidding about the crutches, we all know rabbits prefer wheel chairs. LOL.  But seriously, we all have the ability to change our universe if we just put the effort into it.  And it’s not really a lot to do, all you are doing ultimately, is calming your mind and body, and improving your quality of life on a daily basis and it feels great, it’s a win/win. Keep this in mind your mind set is what determines your reality, I mean health, finances, spirituality every aspect.  And over 90% of what carries you throughout the day is your subconscious, not your conscious thinking.  So we know what we have to work on to make the change and the cool part is when it’s done, it’s all automatic, you’re now on auto pilot, and become one of those people who everyone says is “Lucky”.  I’ll take it, how about you.
Stay Indigo Everyone!!!

Perfectly Imperfect Indigo

Indigos Are/Aren’t perfect
One thing I wanted to make clear was that people understood that Indigos aren’t perfect. Most of us know that no one is, but people have a tendency to make you feel like you are falling short when they see you doing something that they don’t agree with.  Who is to really say what is “normal”.  Is attempting to fade into the background normal, or is normal a term that morphs every time it is used.  For example, it’s normal to fit into the ideas of the people you are around.  You know “When in Rome”.  One of the things I love about being an Indigo is that I now know that I am normal all day every day.  Whatever is on our hearts is normal, now how you react to these feelings would be another blog.  I do believe we should always be aware of others and their feelings while at the same time, not letting them control our lives.  Remember, we dream for those who refuse to do it for themselves.  So it’s our duty to remain loyal to our own paths above all else.  It is our true path that makes the positive impact on the universe.  And sometimes that path does not feel the best at the moment but keep in mind that your pain is sometimes necessary for someone else’s survival.  Being an Indigo simply means walking a deeper spiritual path, and sometimes people get scared of that word spiritual.  People tend to think spiritual means living a boring life, avoiding all pleasure and true fun.  That is actually far from the truth.  We walk a path much like everyone else, the difference with us is that we live life harder and feel it deeper.  It is because of this that we tend to get more out of life and subsequently lead a happier life.  When you know that every experience you have is for a reason and you acknowledge this, you learn the flow of the universe and become one of those people that makes it seem like everything comes easy. So actually in a strange abstract way, maybe we are perfect, through our imperfections.  The main way to learn is through mistakes whether it be yours, or someone else’s.  So tell all those smart A**es you know who “never make a mistake”, that maybe they should consider it.  LOL
Stay Indigo!!!!
