Extra DNA Strands

Happy Friday Indigo's,

One of the most amazing aspects of being an Indigo is the fact that we are said to have extra DNA.(That just sounds cool, doesn't it?) It is said that, it is this "Extra DNA" that makes us that much more special.  This is what gives us  the incredible power to do things like heal ourselves or have such a powerful intuition that it seems like we may be able to read minds. Among other unbelievable things that we hear happen but we write them off as lies or freak accidents. When in fact we all have the ability to convert this "Junk DNA" or non-coded DNA to be used as what ever we decide to use it as to improve or repair our bodily structure.  Some people say, that it is how we have been able to evolve, and keep us from going extinct.   It is true that, if this DNA is not used then yes it is junk.  But as you may have read in some of our older posts, it has been proven that the mind can change aspects of our make up through meditation and mind set. So why then do some scientist call this "extra" DNA junk?  Well, your guess is as good as mine, but I can tell you one thing, and that is "I don'y believe The Creator makes junk and If gnats have a purpose then I would like to think the the substance that we are made up of has purpose also". This "Junk" or non coded DNA is just dormant until we activate them.  Hence the awakening process.  The only tricky part is, if your not careful these non coded strands can work against you if you remain in a poor mindset through sickness or a poor physical existence that may seem to some to be bad luck or a curse.  As Indigo's we have been blessed with the knowledge to convert these strands to live incredible lives that inspire others and release positive energy everywhere we go through our happiness. But remember "With much power, comes much responsibility".

Stay Indigo!!!

They will not Control Us

This is an Indigo Anthem for sure. They does not necessarily mean the government or the "Man". "They" represents every negative energy that attempts to hold you back or slow you down. That could be anything from fear/hate to an enemy you didn't even know you had.  Enjoy!!!

Diary of an Indigo
Hey Indigo Family,
For some reason there is a part of us that wants to suppress the things that happen in our lives and not tell anyone or even think about it in the privacy of our own minds.  I’ve realized now that, that is a very selfish way to live. Not that we mean to be selfish but it is a natural defense mechanism we use to protect our feelings.  I’m not sure if you all had the opportunity to read Fridays posting, but it was about there being no mistakes.  Everything happens for a reason.
Well since I have come to terms with this I feel it is only fair that I share some of the things I have experienced in life that I once buried deep down inside of me, because I was either ashamed or didn’t want to relive those emotions again. But nothing any of us go through is in vain.  It’s for us to grow and if we can help others by going through something and sharing it with them to help or comfort them in any way why not do it.  We can’t allow unenlightened peoples ignorance to convince us to hide our light. So yes, even when you go through hell, that’s your light shining because you are going through it and not getting stuck in it, or dying in it.  I started a diary some time ago because I needed some way of getting my feelings out and I was too embarrassed to share it with others.  But when I ascended and saw that my story was actually the universes story to learn from I decided to combine the diary with my ascension process.  Because a lot of the time we have trouble associating troubled times with spiritual growth, and I named it Diary of an Indigo.  On Mondays I will share some of these stories with you and hopefully you can get something from it.  Whether it’s an Indigo lesson or a good laugh; that’s right a good laugh, not everything is so serious that it must be picked apart and analyzed. Some things are just funny, so if it makes one person laugh and another realize how fortunate they really are then I’m happy.  So remember Monday- Diary of an Indigo, Wednesday- Mid- Week Mix Usually an Indigo Song, and Friday- usually an aspect of being an Indigo that is little known or just plain entertaining.  We live in an exciting world and once you choose the Indigo path which is really just experiencing life to the fullest everyday becomes an adventure, a life with people of like mind who have stepped outside the box and won’t go back in.  Remember, if you haven’t began following the blog yet please do so, we are pushing to reach 500 members by the middle of the summer.
Stay Indigo!!

The Story of Indigos

The concept of Indigos is by no stretch of the imagination new, it’s only the term Indigo Swagg that we coined. The reason for doing this was not to come up with a cool word that the world would embrace, and we would hear in songs,  movies and daily conversation throughout the world………OK wait a minute that would be really cool, but that’s not the only reason.  I grew up in a town that I feel was perfect for me because I saw every type of person you could imagine. Of course, when I was younger I kind of took it for granted because I felt that was what the world was like.  Well I was wrong.  Much to my surprise there were many people who never had the opportunity to be around people of a different race, religion, or culture.  And I say opportunity because growing up that way was just that.  It was an incredible experience to be around people who all had different ideas.  Well, I look back now and say that, but back then I just knew I loved being around the people who were in my life.  It never mattered to me, what color a person was because color to me was always just that …..Color.  Grass would be no less grass, if it were Red or purple.  In fact, I think Red grass would be pretty cool. So what it comes down to is this, I felt then as I do now; that a person has nothing to do with their flesh. Our bodies are the clothes (for lack of a better word) for who we really are.  To prove this point I could mention plenty of people who might be pleasing to the eyes, but you would not be able to spend an hour in a room with them.  That’s because their looks are completely separate from who the person really is.  That person you can’t stand being around is inside that pretty exterior, the light that controls the body, much like the skin of an orange.  When you finish eating an orange you throw the skin away.  The reason you do this is because the important part of the orange is the meat inside.  You finish with that and throw the outside away.  When a loved one passes away, the body is still there, but we burry it.  Why? We do this because the part of the person that we really loved is no longer in that pretty body. That person was an energy or light that moved on to another dimension, or place that you don’t yet have full access to. So you are left with their body suite.  Much like we are left with the peel after we finish an orange.  One of my dreams is to get people to understand that judging a person by the color of their skin makes just as much sense as judging a person because they are wearing blue pants.  We Indigos have a big job ahead of us, but it’s a job that with all of our energy put together will not only be completed but enjoyable in the process. When you make this job your life’s work like I have along with many others, your life then becomes enjoyable in the process, and if it’s already enjoyable, then it just gets better.   So let’s all live it up, close our eyes, open our minds and encourage others to do the same.
Stay Indigo!!!

Indigo Swagg *VS* Crazy

INDIGO SWAGG *VS* CRAZY

Indigo swagg can be interpreted in many different ways, and crazy, unfortunately can be one of them.  I still ask, what is crazy really?  Is it simply someone who doesn’t share the views that the masses have ruled are acceptable? Because if that’s the case, then every successful person in the world is crazy.  I say this because if you listen to people talk, some things are just impossible.  That is until a successful person does it.  The odds of winning the lottery are supposed to be so high that it is a “waste of money to play it” but it seems that every month some crazy person wins it. In fact the 2% of the population that holds 98% of the wealth are all crazy. Oh yeah, all those people that hold any type of faith are all crazy too.  Pro ball players……crazy, anyone who ever accomplished any dream of theirs ………crazy.  I’m sure you get the point by now that I’m being sarcastic, in a truthful way. You see, I say that because the essence of indigo swagg is, to move to a higher plane of perception that goes beyond the physical.  And then allow that, to guide you. Most people won’t do that though, out of fear of being an outcast or called crazy. This is why I think Cee lo is such an incredible artist and some of his songs hit it dead on target. Try really listening to his song “crazy”.  He understands that a person can’t fully absorb the spiritual, without losing their mind in some way.  Not in a bad way, but just enough to lose the physical limitations that people have put on themselves and others.  Not only does he understand that, but he teaches others through his art and makes millions of dollars while doing it. Now that’s indigo swag for ya.
THANKS CEE LO.
Until next time

What is Indigo Swagg?

What is Indigo Swagg?
Simply put, “Indigo Swagg” means to “Do You”. Yup, just like the great Russell Simmons said.  But there is more to it.  All of the people you heard in the Indigo Swagg Blog intro have a few things in common. Not only were they all great in their own rite, but they all have gone against the grain in some way. They didn’t do it to simply to rub people the wrong way ( even though that could be a side effect of Indigo Swagg).  They do it because they are doing what their higher selves or soul wants them to do.  They are led by something that is more powerful than anything the outside world can offer.  After all, the definition of Indigo Swagg is to be part of a culture that is built around ascension. That is physical ascension, mental ascension, as well as spiritual ascension. People call this the zone, an anointing, the “It factor” and many other things but what they are talking about is Indigo Swagg.  When you align with your higher self the universe becomes your playground. The things you want to do come natural to you and the things you desire are Drawn to you.  It’s not all about getting “stuff” but when you are being led by your spirit you naturally keep the greater good in mind. Everything you do and all of your talents are just a part of a whole that you know is much bigger than you, and you acknowledge this at all times. After all that is what we are all supposed to be doing.

No matter what religion you are you are we can all agree that God is a spiritual being.  So in order to relate to God or the universe it has to be with your spiritual self.  The Physical cannot interact with the spiritual world. So what it comes down to is, no matter what religion or culture you are, or what your belief system is, there is really one goal in life and that is to achieve Indigo Swagg or to walk in the spirit as some will say.  This is one of the most natural parts of us but remains something that is not at all easy to achieve.  But when you do it there is an awesome peace that overcomes you that not only can be felt but others will see and not know exactly what it is.
Indigo Swagg is a wonderful state to be in, but does come with its challenges and responsibilities.  First being, when you are led by something as awesome as your spirit you tend to notice things that others don’t. This alone can become a challenge because most people’s thoughts and feelings are determined by society and they don’t even know it. So those people who are led by “self” will be cast out, considered “weird” and labeled as crazy. Sound familiar? I can go on forever about this, but I think I’ll let you guys absorb this for a minute. The responsibility comes in because when you posses a power that is so great and you know others have the same potential it's not only your responsibility to tell them about it no matter what the repercussions are but to show them how it is to be used. You’re to be a beacon of light of sorts. There are many people in the eye of the public but one that I will start of with is Oprah Winfrey, yup the big “O”.  She is not only a great creative mind and business person but can you think of anyone who has given back more than her? There is plenty more to talk about, and if it takes 5 life times to learn all of this we will get it done. If you really desire to achieve your “IS” (Indigo Swagg) then we will find each other, but for now I will be right here at INDIGOSWAGG.blogspot.com.
PEACE FOR NOW.
